At Swoon Nails, we want your new nails to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below for details about our shipping process.
UK Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and pack your order before it is handed over to the delivery carrier.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Total Estimated Shipping Time
2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = approximately 5–8 business days total.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, peak shopping periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Swoon Nails cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@swoonnails.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

At this time, Swoon Nails only ships within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently accept or fulfil orders for delivery outside the UK.
